Booking Fees/How to Book

Booking Request Forms are available from the Palmer Hall website (

NB It has been unanimously agreed  by the present Committee that, due to a history of bad experiences/costly damage as regards 'teenage parties', the Palmer Hall Committee will only hire out the hall for children's parties aged up to & including 8 yrs and those must be guaranteed to be strictly supervised by attending parents/adults.

The Palmer Hall boasts a fully fitted kitchen with crockery and cutlery. There are tables, new comfortable seats and a stage with fully functional stage lighting and motorised curtains. There is also a projector and a large screen for film presentations etc.

The Palmer Hall has a full drinks licence.


Booking Request Forms

You will need a Booking Request Form to apply to hire the Palmer Hall to host your event. Everything you need to know is on the form and in the Conditions of Hire that need to be read, understood and agreed to as part your hiring agreement. Please take time to read through the booking form and hire agreement carefully before contacting us with any questions as the majority of answers will be within them.

IMPORTANT: Your booking will only be confirmed when payment is received. Please note the deposit fee is additional to the booking fee.
